More on Tying Quilts

Tanya posted about her group at church tying a Prayers and Squares quilt for one of their members.

In addition to being a quicker way to finish quilts, tying a quilt can be a way to incorporate prayers for an individual into the actual gifting of the quilt.

  1. What a lovely idea. I have difficulty hand or machine quiling my work, so tying is a great alternative. Incorporating prayers into each tie is a wonderful way to remember someone or bless the quilt you are working on.
